COVID-19 Fulfillment Precautions
Your safety — and that of our team — is our top priority. To comply with strict health protocols, our warehouses operate in smaller shifts and maintain physical distancing at all times. As a result, please expect an additional 3–7 business days for order processing. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.

🌍 Where We Ship From
We partner with trusted manufacturers and suppliers around the globe to ensure the best value and quality for every customer. Depending on your item, your order may ship from China, India, Vietnam, or other locations.
All shipments are handled with care and dispatched through reputable carriers such as USPS.

⏳ When Will My Order Ship?

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders enter processing 3 hours after payment is received.

  • Processing generally takes 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or unexpected delays, an extra 2–4 days may be required.

  • As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
    (Please note: tracking may take up to 6 hours to update in the system.)

  • In some cases, items may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive a separate dispatch notification for each shipment.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe
For orders shipping within the contiguous United States via standard USPS, delivery usually takes 14–21 business days from dispatch.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues

  • Ordered the wrong size or color, or changed your mind?

  • We gladly offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Need to cancel? We accept order cancellations within 6 hours of payment.

  • After this window, orders are sent for processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
